In our last post I discussed three todo tasks that I had on my plate: accuracy, gym adoption and form factor. Today I want to give you an update on accuracy.
For the last couple months I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to improve accuracy and decrease the size of the next prototype. I've probably spent 80 hours just googling different pieces of technology that have even the most remote chance of smallest chance of making progress on size or accuracy.
Here's the challenge: the next prototype needs to be able to detect at a longer range and be much smaller than the last one that I build. The common trend I've seen is that if you want to increase the range you also have to increase the size. I haven't given up and am still looking for the right hardware for the next version of the device. Stay tuned!
